The Lions International is the largest service club organization in the world today, which has a membership of approximately 1.38 million in around 200 countries organized into 46,000 clubs, Sri Lanka has 530 clubs belonging to six lions’ districts of the Multiple District 306 Sri Lanka.

We are in District 306B2 and this LCVTC is a project of District 306B2.To implement this project a Lions Trust has been established which is chaired by PCC Lion Nimal Senadeera who is the Centennial District Governor of Lions Centennial year in Lions District 306B2. The project was his brainchild and he took great effort in securing land from the Government of Sri Lanka with the support extended by former Prime Minister Hon.Lion Ranil Wickremesinghe to build this center in Biyagama. Hon. Wickremesinghe is also a member of the Lions Club of Biyagama.
